1. Who runs this validation

ChaseCerts is a private-beta project operated by Tornike Meshvildishvili, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: hello@chasecerts.com.

2. Applying is not a purchase

Submitting the form is an application, not an order. We select a small number of participants based on fit and available capacity. There is no card, fee, subscription or automatic conversion to a paid service.

3. Validation pilot scope

If we accept your pilot, we agree the file handoff, beta access and scope. The intended deliverable covers up to 50 vendors: a cleaned tracker, a 30/60/90-day expiration view and a prioritized review queue. The 48-hour target starts only after we confirm that the agreed file set is complete and readable.

Because this is a limited validation exercise, either side may stop before the file handoff. If we cannot complete an accepted pilot, we will tell you and return or delete the files according to the agreed handoff instructions.

4. Administrative tracking only

We organize the documents supplied to us and record what they state. We do not contact carriers, confirm that a policy is genuine or in force, decide whether coverage is adequate, or approve a vendor. Missing, unclear and inconsistent information is flagged for your review rather than guessed. Coverage and vendor decisions remain yours.

5. Paid services and non-binding intent

The COI Cleanup Pilot costs $199 USD once for up to 50 vendors. The Managed Renewal Desk costs $149 USD each month for ongoing tracking and follow-up for up to 50 vendors. It renews until canceled, with no setup fee or free trial. These are separate purchases. Whop displays applicable taxes and the final total before payment. Workspace owners and admins can start checkout after agreeing these terms and the payment policy. A form submission or letter of intent remains non-binding and is not a purchase.

6. Your information and files

You must have the right to share any vendor list or certificate supplied for a pilot. We use submitted files only to perform the agreed work, do not sell them and do not use them to train ChaseCerts models. A scanned PDF may be sent to the configured extraction provider to propose fields for human review, as described in our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or validation pilot to:

• submit information or files you have no right to share;
• send unlawful, deceptive or harassing material;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• claim that ChaseCerts certified coverage or approved a vendor.

8. No production-service guarantee

This is a small private beta, not a generally available production service. We make reasonable efforts to protect data and produce an accurate administrative report, but extraction and status results may contain mistakes and must be reviewed by you before use.

9. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, ChaseCerts is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, an uninsured vendor, a lapsed policy, or a decision made without independently checking the source documents. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes, law and contact

Whop checkout is subject to the payment terms shown there. The operator above provides the ChaseCerts service. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, without reducing any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions go to hello@chasecerts.com.
