Terms of Service
Last updated 24 August 2026
ChaseCerts is not yet generally available. We are signing a small number of founding customers and building the product with them. Where these terms describe features, they describe what the service does when it is delivered to you.
1. Who you are dealing with
ChaseCerts is operated by Tornike Meshvildishvili, a sole trader based in Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us at hello@chasecerts.com. Throughout these terms "we" and "us" mean ChaseCerts, and "you" means the business using it.
2. What the service does
ChaseCerts helps you collect and track your vendors' certificates of insurance. You add vendors and set the coverage you require. Each vendor receives a link, uploads their certificate without creating an account, and the system extracts the coverage types, limits and expiration dates, checks them against your requirements, and emails the vendor before anything lapses.
3. What the service is not
ChaseCerts is a document tracking tool. It is not insurance advice, legal advice, or verification of coverage.
We read the certificates you and your vendors give us. We do not contact insurers, we do not confirm that a policy is genuine or still in force, and we do not tell you what coverage you ought to require. Automatic extraction can be wrong, which is why every upload is placed in a review queue for a person on your side to confirm. Decisions about who works on your properties remain entirely yours.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 and using ChaseCerts for a business. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@chasecerts.com if you think someone else has access.
5. Prices and payment
- Standard — $49 per month, unlimited vendors, up to 3 team members.
- Team — $99 per month, unlimited vendors and team members.
- Founding — $29 per month for the first 15 customers, held at that price for twelve months from the day your subscription starts. It is a discount on the Standard plan, not a separate product.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record. That means your contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle, Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction, and your statement will show Paddle rather than ChaseCerts. Paddle handles billing, tax and refunds on our behalf. We never see or store your card details.
6. Trial
New accounts get 14 days free without entering a card. If you do not subscribe by the end of it, the account simply stops working — you are not charged and nothing is billed automatically.
7. Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. We do not require notice and there is no cancellation fee. See our Refund Policy for when money comes back.
8. Your data
The vendors, certificates and documents you put into ChaseCerts remain yours. We store and process them so we can provide the service to you, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not use your documents to train models. You can export or ask us to delete your data at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
We keep original certificate files for as long as your account is open, because the audit trail is part of what you are paying for.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use ChaseCerts to:
- upload documents you have no right to hold or share;
- send anything through our system that is unlawful, deceptive or harassing;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
10. Availability
We aim to keep ChaseCerts running and to give notice before planned downtime. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee, and during the founding period you should expect occasional interruptions while we build. Reminder emails depend on third parties delivering them, which we cannot guarantee.
ChaseCerts helps you keep track of expiry dates. It does not remove your own responsibility to make sure the vendors working for you are properly insured.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with ChaseCerts is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from an uninsured vendor, a lapsed policy, or a certificate we read incorrectly and you confirmed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using ChaseCerts at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we are required to close by law — and where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ChaseCerts after that means you accept the new terms; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere with stronger local protections, those protections still apply to you.
