01What do you need from me?
Your current vendor spreadsheet or list, the COI files you already have, and any written requirements you want included as reference. We send a secure handoff after your pilot is confirmed.
02When does the 48-hour clock start?
After we accept the validation pilot and have the complete spreadsheet and document set. If files are missing or unreadable, we tell you what is blocking the work before the clock starts.
03Does ChaseCerts verify coverage with the carrier?
No. We organize the certificates provided to us and report what they state. We do not contact carriers, confirm that a policy is genuine or in force, or provide insurance or legal advice.
04What if I have more than 50 vendors?
Apply with your actual range. The validation deliverable covers up to 50 vendors; we will tell you before the handoff if your file set is outside that scope.
05Can you keep the tracker current after the cleanup?
The renewal-tracking private beta is built. The Managed Renewal Desk is $149/month for up to 50 vendors, with onboarding arranged before purchase. See Plans and pricing for checkout availability.
06Is the self-serve software ready today?
The core private beta is built: vendor import, no-login uploads, review, compliance status and reminders. Workspace access is by invitation. Selected no-charge validation pilots and opt-in paid services are separate offers.
