Refund Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
If ChaseCerts is not doing what you hoped, email us and we will refund you. No form, no retention call, no explanation required. The rest of this page is the detail.
Try it before you pay
New accounts get 14 days free and we do not ask for a card to start. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged — there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan at the end of the trial.
30-day money back
If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to your first payment on any plan.
Founding customers who pay before launch
Founding customers pay $29 a month before the product is finished, which deserves clearer terms than usual:
- You can ask for a full refund at any time before ChaseCerts is delivered to you, for any reason at all.
- If we tell you a date and miss it, you get a full refund of everything paid up to then — you do not have to chase us for it.
- If we decide not to build ChaseCerts, we refund every founding customer in full and say so plainly. That is a real possibility and you should know it before you pay.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops. Monthly payments already taken for periods you have used are not automatically refunded — but see the first box on this page, because we would rather refund you than keep money you feel you wasted.
How to ask
Email hello@chasecerts.com from the address on the account and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. We reply within two business days.
How the money comes back
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which is the merchant of record for ChaseCerts. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. We approve the refund; Paddle carries it out, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
You can also contact Paddle directly about a payment at paddle.net, which is their buyer support site.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks; an email takes a day and gets you the same money back.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces rights you have under consumer law where you live. If your local rules give you more than we offer here, those rules win.
