Prices and checkout

The COI Cleanup Pilot costs $199 USD once for up to 50 vendors. The Managed Renewal Desk costs $149 USD per month for up to 50 vendors. Whop handles checkout and displays any applicable taxes and the final total before you pay. We do not collect full card or bank details on this website.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The Managed Renewal Desk renews monthly until canceled. It has no setup fee or free trial. Use the management link in your workspace’s Billing page to change payment details or cancel through Whop. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Your confirmed cancellation and service end date are shown by Whop; canceling does not itself refund a charge already made.

One-time pilot

The cleanup pilot is a separate one-time purchase. It does not automatically convert into a monthly subscription. We agree onboarding and the document handoff before starting work.

Refund requests and billing problems

If you were charged incorrectly, cannot access a purchased service, or want to request a refund, contact hello@chasecerts.com with your Whop receipt reference and a description of the issue. Never send full card or bank details. We review requests based on the service delivered and the circumstances; you may also use Whop’s support and resolution process. Any mandatory consumer rights and protections available through Whop continue to apply.

No automatic conversion of validation participants

Selected validation pilots remain no-charge. Applying, using invited beta access, or completing a non-binding letter of intent does not authorize a payment. A paid purchase requires a separate checkout.
